A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

Ideal little pick you up when feeling unwell sent the jolly ginger to my friend who was unwell, brightened her day such a simple gesture but meant the world to her .

This was purchased as a gift for a friend who had been unwell. She was really pleased to receive it and said it had made her laugh when she opened it. I believe she described it as "yummy"!
