A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“My son, who lives in California, was absolutely delighted to receive these for his birthday, he said that they were a work of art and as such initially did not want to eat them. However, after giving in, first with the 'milk bottle' biscuit his comment was that they were delicious and taste 'just how a real Biscuit should'!!”
