A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Thank you. The recipient really loved the present, especially the tin. I think, for the price, the number of biscuits was a little small. I appreciate the time etc., that must go into these, but if the biscuits were slightly smaller with a few more in the tin, it would be better. The reason for the comment is that when she opened the present there were a total of 7 people present and she offered them a biscuit, which no-one accepted. I think it was a little awkward, she wanted to offer, but perhaps didn't want them taken and the people wanted a biscuit but didn't want to take them.”
