A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I sent them as a surprise present to my mother-in-law whom I have not been able to see for months. Therefore I have not seen them! However I believe they have slipped down a treat - as she has 2 cats I was a bit concerned that she may have thought they were for them! I would LOVE someone to send me some!”
