A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“The biscuits were beautiful as usual but they did arrive a day later than the due date. They were originally planned as a little treat to a dear friend who had lost a partner. Unfortunately they arrived on the day of the funeral which was difficult. However the day was saved by two little girls who were really sad being cheered up by a little tin of delicious cat biscuits! Thank you for making a sad day a little brighter!”
