A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Lovely biscuits and beautifully done - little works of art. Tin was slightly smaller in scale than I expected from looking at the photos, but that wasn't a big issue. I am looking forward to using the tin for storing stuff in after we've finished the biscuits. Different flavours might be nice for future tins- so perhaps lemon or more ginger bread options. Maybe a when life gives you lemons tin theme? Thank you - they are beautiful.”
