“Possibly due to the storm over the weekend my order, due on Saturday 27th, arrived on Tuesday 30th November. However the reason for my low rating is firstly the packaging. The enclosed tin was only protected by a thin cardboard sleeve, this lack of padding resulting in one corner arriving slightly bashed. Also the tin itself is not ‘luxe’, the decoration is paper pasted onto the top and sides (would be better silkscreened) with a poorly fitting lid. This order is for a present, I’m sure the biscuits will be of better quality. Disappointed.”

“I love all the biscuits from this company, but especially the gingerbread ones, they are my favourite! I have used Biscuiteers for sending gifts to my friends and family for about a year now, but also bought some for myself! I needed to find out what all the fuss was about as whoever I have sent biscuits to has said they are amazing, taste-wise and looks-wise, and I can now say the same. Delivery is also excellent, quick, efficient and you are kept updated on progress at all times. Overall I can highly recommend Biscuiteers for something a little bit different to send as a gift or for yourself!”
