“I ordered well in advance. However you despatched the order the afternoon before the required date in full knowledge that Royal Mail would not be able to deliver in time. The goods have still not been delivered. You have let me down. And to make things worse, your complaints department makes excuses and blames Royal Mail using language which barely makes sense. Then you send me a email asking me to review a product which has not been received. Disillusioned and disappointed.”

“Ordered these as a Christmas treat for my daughter and her family living in the Netherlands. Delivery went smoothly, arriving in good time and no damage!!! My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the gift and couldn’t wait to show my grandchildren. She thought them so special.”
