“Given the miserable year that was 2020 I wanted to cheer all my friends up. Having received a Buscuiteers tin before and loving it, I had hoped my friends had the same reaction. They did! The biscuits are so so addictive - with just a hint of spice and a little icing for that sugar hit. Delicious and highly recommended”

“This was the best surprise present ever ! Kindly purchased for my 20th wedding anniversary by my parents this arrived in the post in one piece and the delight on the faces of my children was priceless! Plus they taste fantastic ! A super present. I shall be ordering for my friends and family in the future - what a lovely gift, oh and the box is lovely too, I have claimed it !”

“This tin is a gift and hopefully has arrived safely - I haven’t had confirmation from the recipient yet. But in general I’m hugely disappointed that several of my orders have not even been sent yet -4 days after they were due to have arrived - and Biscuiteers did not even let me know till I checked why the orders weren’t listed under My Account. No excuse, even in these difficult times, as I ordered 3 weeks ago and avoided anything that was then listed as out of stock. Good prompt response from customer service to my query but both replied were mostly cut and paste emails with no attempt to resolve the problem or my dissatisfaction. I won’t be using this company again- no problem paying a premium price for top product and service but I’d have had (much) better service from. Amazon than I’ve received here.”

“Our order has not been delivered 4 days after our requested date which we placed in November. This is a premium product and I feel you should not offer Royal Mail delivery at this time of year when clearly they cannot deliver even close to time. I ordered these from New Zealand for our family and had I known how poor delivery would have been I would happily paid for premium courier. Our family have now gone on holiday until New Year so no biscuits for them. Deeply disappointing.”
