Hi Alexis, We're sorry to hear this, and we know it can be frustrating. Fortunately, we include a 1-Year Warranty on our rubber strap in case something like this happens. We will have a replacement strap in the mail before the end of the day. Otherwise, this happens to less than .5% of straps.
