“one small problem, I ordered the blinds 45 1/2 inches wide and they came 45 inches wide still worked but if I wanted them 45 inches wide I would have order them 45 inches wide”

I'm sorry your blinds didn't come as expected. We recommend that you use the window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window) when ordering inside mount blinds. All factories that make window coverings for us (and all factories that I am aware of in the United States) take a width deduction when making blinds/shades to be mounted inside the window. For horizontal blinds the normal deduction is 1/2 inch. I will contact you directly to see if you want to get a new blind under our Fit or Free Policy. Thank you for your understanding.

“It was easier to order the blinds from my desktop instead of dealing with a CSR from Home depot or lowes that was not knowledgeable or could care less. The blinds are perfect. If you are not comfortable measuring yourself, then dont do it. Have a professional measure and order online.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed in our delivery times. We list both production times and estimated delivery times on our website. The production time for this product is 3 to 5 business. Delivery time varies based on the delivery address and factory locations. This factory is located in McKinney, Texas. Your order was entered late in the evening on 4/29. It went to the factory on 4/30 and shipped on 5/6 (5 business days). Delivery was on 5/9 (3 business days) for a total delivery time of 8 business days.
