“I've ordered blinds on two occasions. Installations were quick and the blinds look great. The only problem was the "1-3 days" promise both ended up 3-4 days. Since I selected Blindster because of their delivery promise, this was a disappointment.”

I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations with regards to delivery. The product you ordered has an estimated production time of 3 to 5 business days. You placed your order on the evening of 4/30. We sent the order to the factory on the morning of 5/1. 5/2 & 5/3 were not business days because it was on the weekend. Your order shipped on Thursday 5/7, the 4th business day. Each product has specific production times listed and estimated shipping times. Production times can vary from 1 to 10 business days depending on the product itself. Also, because we have several different factories, shipping time will vary based on geographic proximity. Thank you for your patience.
