“We put up the blinds today, I love the quality of them.p and they fit perfect! The boxes that they were shipped in showed no sign of damage, however, 6 out of 9 blinds have dents in them! 2 of them the dents had to be put to the backside so you couldn't see the dents from the front. I paid a lot of money for them and I would expect better packaging for shipping and do not expect to pay full price for the ones were damaged! Please let me know what action you would like to take and if you would like for me to send you photos. Thank you, Danita Foss”

“Quite expensive at regular price....good thing it was Black Friday sale. Bracket screw holes should be elongated to allow some flexibility in placing screws to allow for variances in window frame depth.”
