“These blinds are great!Installing them a little different from other(cheap)blinds purchased elsewhere.The measurements were perfect,they raise and lower smoothly,no problem.Getting the slats to open and close takes a few times to get used to,but way better than twirling the wand.They hang straight and look so nice.This is the 2nd type of window treatments I've bought from here and I have to say I'll be back if I need more.Highly recommend this company and their products.”

“My wife and I liked the blinds we purchased. However 2 of them hung crookedly when we raised or lowered them. I contacted customer service. It took a while to get a reply. They asked me to send pictures which I did. After seeing the pictures they told me that they would have them re-manufactured and send me a new pair. So overall I was satisfied.”
