“Easy to hang, look good, nice and clean look. One works perfectly, the other had a broken clip on the bottom, but replacement clip was sent promptly. I like the lift and tilt operation at the bottom, very easy to use. One handle does not hang level on the bottom, don't know if this is our error...”

“ordered 12 blinds, several didn't fit at bottom of window due to end caps making fit too tight. Had to remove protective end caps to get them to install correctly but left sharp metal edges. Not good. I like the product but disappointed that these custom blinds didn't fit right out of the box. I was very careful to follow your on-line measurement instructions but still had unexpected results.”

“The blinds are great. The quality is good and they work well. I had a problem putting them up. While it sounds simple enough, the directions are scanty. I would by them again.”
