“Our window has a half moon shape at the top and we needed additional hardware to install the blinds for an inside mount. Customer service knew what we needed and sent it out at no charge. The blinds do the job and look good.”

“I really like the blinds but shipping damage is an issue, one blind was dented and although blindster customer service is replacing it in our particular situation it's a difficult installation and I would rather not have to do it twice. Also one end cap was missing, not a big deal and the replaced it promptly. Overall quality seems good but the could up there game when it comes to protecting the blinds from shipping damage”
