“Excellent customer service. We were missing a clip and it was sent to us after a couple of emails because Blindster was wanting to make we received the correct clip. Customer service is a dying breed; however, not at Blindster, they are excellent at it.”

“I purchased the cordless aluminum blinds for 5 windows, and had a minor issue with two of them. Blindster's customer service had two new ones sent to our house within a week. We absolutely love our cordless, rodless blinds. We will be ordering more for other rooms soon.”

“I had ordered from Blindster before, so I knew what I was getting. The blinds arrived relatively quickly, but had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Blindster. They were not particularly fast dealing with the problem, but once they did they set out to make a new blind for me and ship it. Everything went in as planned. The blinds are perfectly fine, and as always the price is right.”

“I put 4 stars of 5 possible just because of one thing addressed to the manufacturers: guys, you probably need to improve packaging when you ship your stuff. Both orders I received by mail came with minor deformations of main housings. Though, both products still working OK.”
