“The box I received was fine, no dents or damage. I opened the box and noticed the top rail was kinked so rather than try to return it I bent it back some with my hands. I spaced the mounting brackets evenly and put the blind up. It didn't work smoothly and after moving it a few times, one of the strings pulled out. I realized that the brackets interfere with the operation(why not mark the rail). I pulled it down, moved the brackets, re-threaded the string and crimped and tried again. OK, now I notice the bottom rail is bowed, somewhat straighten by hand and working now. I don't think I have full closure(light blocking) but I'm not redoing the crimp. * Box looked fine- I think it left like that * Need to make it obvious as to where the brackets can't go”

“We learned with this purchase that the main advantage of cordless blinds (ease of operation) disappears with larger blinds. It requires two hands and a little effort to pull these blinds (48" x 58") down. Smaller cordless blinds are wonderful, but we won't choose the cordless style again for blinds this large.”
