“I bought these blinds because they were on sale and they're all custom made to size. These were the easiest blinds are to install. 9 blinds took about an hour 4 screws each on snap in clips. Done! One touch work quite well, this is the 1st time I used them. I highly recommend...”

“The end of three of the five boxes were open so the blinds slid out as I picked them up. As a result, one of the brackets arrived crushed in the box. Install instructions were very poor. Have had trouble with blind with only two brackets falling down. Blinds are very good quality, not flimsy like some. They didn't give a rating for packaging, but would give a low mark for sealing boxes and resulting damages.”

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order. Unfortunately, ship damage is one of our biggest challenges. Blinds are large and awkwardly shaped (long and skinny), not a good combination for shipping. I will contact you to get replacements for everything that is damaged.

“The blinds took much longer than promised to arrive. They were bent and the plastic end caps were all broken except for two (that's on 5 sets of blinds). Because I needed to get blinds up ASAP, I had no choice, but to unbend the edges and piece the broken end caps together. I will never do business with this company again.”

I'm very sorry that your order was delayed. I am checking with the factory to see what happened. I will have someone contact you right away to get you new blinds. This is not by any means usual or acceptable.
