“We patiently waited for (8) double cell cordless shades. It took over two months from order to delivery. Customer service is great, once you get ahold of a person. They do NOT respond to emails. If calling by phone, plan on at least a one hour wait on hold. One shade arrived damaged. After finally making contact, we had a replacement within a few days, it was overnighted free of charge. Color matches the sample we had. Upon delivery, lots of dry stringy glue on product. Installation was quick and simple and the fit was perfect. Overall a solid product, extremely delayed customer service and delivery but worth the wait.”

“We have only had the shade up for a week. Install was not difficult, shade arrived undamaged. It is equivalent to a Home Depot in store shade, which can be cut to width in the store. Quality is not Hunter Douglas, but neither is the price. What would be metal, in a higher quality shade is plastic. The mechanisms for raising and lowering tend to fail sooner on less expensive shades I have had in the past,, compared to a better quality shade. Time will tell how it holds up.”

“Very nice! The only issue was the type of windows I have so it was a little hard to fit but they look great! Good quality, so now I'll order for my entire house.”
