“Blinds are real nice quality and fairly easy to put up. The worst part is the company can't figure out a way to separate your order when the blinds are coming from two different places. I was told my order was "delivered" where part of the order was missing. That part I was told is coming from a different company- very confusing. In 2019 I would think an IT person could figure this out.”

“The quality and function is good but on two separate orders now iv'e had issues. First order of two shades I received the incorrect hardware for one of the shades. The second order of (2) shades (one on back order) there appears to be something loose inside the top rail. I can hear it move back in forth as I tilt the shade. This will likely not affect the function once I have it in place.”

“Blinds came packaged well and were easy to install. The only issue was the delay in manufacturing that could have been communicated earlier to us.”
