“I do quite a bit of do-it-yourself projects, so I was not concerned about installing these shades prior to a Christmas get-together. But to my surprise, when the shades came they did not fit. I checked, and discovered it was my error. Oops. I had heard on the radio ad that if I measured wrong, they would replace the blinds for free. I called customer service and they totally came through. They remade the blinds, (I donated the wrong sized ones to Habitat for Humanity) and while I was not promised delivery in a week (prior to Christmas) the did arrive and were installed in time for the family holiday. Five stars.”

“I love my blinds. I do have one end cap missing that I would like replaced. Not sure if it got lost or wasn't with them I think they also keep my room warmer when they are down. Cindy”
