“This is the 2nd.time I have ordered from Blindster.com. I received my order in a timely fashion, however when we attempted to install the blinds we didn't have enough hardware. The package stated the correct amount of each item but inside we were short. I called and explained my problem , I was told the items would be shipped and I should receive them by the following Wednesday (I called on Friday) I requested next day delivery since I had taken all the old blinds and hardware down expecting that the new blinds would be up.I had to hang blankets over the remaining windows until the hardware arrived. Much to my surprise the missing hardware was sent the next day and I am now able to complete the installation. Thank You so much for your quick response. I am now a happy customer for the 2nd. time.”

“The shades arrived quickly and were easy to install. They fit fine. They are cordless and everything works but the retractor springs are a bit weak compared to other cordless shades I have. Customer service was good for a missing handle and the overall price was good.”

“I ordered blinds for our large picture window for the living room. I had to order 2 blinds, and mount them side by side to get them as wide as the window. The color is perfect, the fit is perfect, and they really make my living room look more updated! They were shipped and delivered in less than one week. Its summer time and I can already tell the blinds are helping keep my living room cooler throughout the day! I'm so glad I ordered blinds through blindster. Im always leery about making purchases through online stores, but from now on I will be ordering all of my new blinds through blindster! I am one happy customer!! one side note - the installation was kind of tricky but luckily I had my husband to do it for me! haha”

“I normally went with a much more expensive cellular shade but I needed to save money so I went with this company. The blinds look great! What a great product for the price. The header is a little wider than the more expensive shades and the cordless system is not quite as flawless but I still highly recommend the product.”
