“After recently moving from a house, where we never used a shade or blind, to a townhouse, where some privacy was needed, we selected these great cellular shades and are more than pleased with the quality and custom appearance! “I WOULD RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BLINDSTER EXCELLENT BECAUSE OF HOW WELL OUR ORDER WAS HANDLED FROM A TO Z. WE HAD JSUT MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE AND HAD NO WINDOW COVERINGS SO GETTING THE ONES WE ORDERED WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. KIM AT BLINDSTER HANDLED OUR ORDER AND WAS A SINCERE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND WAS EXCELLENT AT COMMUNICATING WITH US TO MAKE SURE OUR ODDER WAS PRODUCED AND SHIPPED ON TIME AND ALSO MADE SURE WE WERE KEPT INFORMED ON THE STATUS. SO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE COLOR OF THE 5 SHADES IN OUR LIVING ROOM. OUR NEW HOUSE HAS WHITE WALLS AND WE WANTED OUR SHADES TO BE A CONTRASTING COLOR. THE 5 SHADES WE ORDERED FOR THE 5 LIVING ROOM WINDOWS (ALL THE SAME SIZE0 WERE THE PUTTY COLOR, AND WHILE THE PUTTY COLOR ON YOUR WEBSITE LOOKS DARK ENOUGH, THE ACTUAL SHADES LOOK VIRTUALLY WHITE AND DO NOT CONTRAST WITH THE WHITE WALLS AND DO NOT MATCH THE PUTTY COLOR SAMPLE ON YOUR WEBSITE. SO WE NEED TO RETURN THESE 5 SHADES.”

“We recently added on an addition to our home with a garage with 4 windows and a studio upstairs. We ordered these for the garage to see if we liked them. Went up easily, very happy with them. Based on that experience, we ordered 9 more for the upstairs, upgrading to a room darkener version. Haven't yet arrived but assume they will be perfect.”
