“I have now purchased the 2" wood blinds and the cordless cellular blinds. They are perfect. They look like a professional hung them. First time I measured for my daughter I measured outside instead of inside, my fault. I called them and they replaced"my mistake" for only $15.00 shipping. This is the best customer service I have ever had and I am 62.”

I'm sorry for the delay in shipping your order. The plant was very busy because of the Labor Day holiday sale and ran out of material. Unfortunately, they also did not notify us of the backorder. I apologize for the delay and we have processed a refund back to your credit card to compensate for the delay.
