I was pleased by the quality, color, and ease of installation. It was interesting that all the blinds were not quite even when fully drawn...one side slightly longer than the other. They seem even when I raise them at any point . It is not something that I am concerned with and would order from blindster again. The customer service was great and shipping was timely and accurate.

My first purchase was for 8 shades. The web site was easy to use and the shades arrived on time. They were easy to put up and looked great. We were happy ... but only for about 5 months. I bought more during that period based on our initial experience BUT since then 4 of the shades have FAILED. I submitted requests for help upon the initial failure and was given instructions for resetting the pull-up mechanism. They worked for only a few days. The shade was replaced. On the second shade I tried the initial fix, it failed but I was given another fix that simply could not be executed because a component the person was refering to that was not there. That was replaced. The third shade ditto on each recommended fix. Neither worked. I am waiting for the replacement on that shade. That is a large window which is not open to the world day and night. They say the factory is backed up so it may not get here until sometime in later July. I have my fingers crossed. Now, a 4th shade (50% of the order) has failed. I have hesitated to request the replacement anxious as to when they will stop replacing the failed shades, but I will do so soon. We are old people - both 75. We pull the shade down in the PM and push it up in the AM. That's it! and, not with any force, mind you. But they failed. The rate of failure and the inconvenience of replacement is not worth it. No respectable manufacturer has a failure rate any where that high. Their prices are good, but if they fail -- zero price is too much!

I ordered custom cut cordless cellular shades, a week later they emailed me to say that the manufacture says they are back ordered for 5 weeks, I can't wait that long, so I cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere.

I needed large shades for my 46x72 windows and all the ones I bought locally (big box stores) stopped at 68", were hard to raise/lower and were flimsy. I was getting frustrated when I found Blindster on the net and saw that their pricing was comparable, colors were nice, reviews were great and they had a guarantee. I was convinced that I needed to buy longer ones so they would go down to 72" but after talking to Blindster customer service, who were very helpful and sent me several samples of colors & quality, I chose exactly the size I needed (46x72). They fit perfectly (to 72"), the color is beautiful, the light filtering is nice, the quality is great and they are easy to raise/lower. My kudos to Customer Service as they were very helpful, answered all my questions/calls and the blinds arrived sooner than I expected.
