“I used one of their best discounts for the best price/product online and ordered 7 rolling shades for our sunroom. Each window was a unique measurement and their "How to Measure" video was helpful. I entered all the measurements precisely and they were perfect when they arrived. Except, I ordered the "Greige" color on 6 of them. To my wife's dismay, I ordered "Beige" on #7. I called the 1-800 number and "begged for mercy" and the helpful voice at Blindster said "no problem". I paid the shipping fee and a new one was sent right out. It arrived on the day of our 42nd Anniversary . My marriage was saved. Blindster, has a quality product and great customer service.”

“Great blinds so far! Mounted very easily, they were up within 15 minutes of receiving them. I would say definitely order them a few inches longer on the draw down side. It seems like I'm pulling them quite hard to get them down all the way but could also be they haven't been u"broken in" if there's such a thing for blinds. Overall love them! They came in a decent time frame too. I have a few more windows I will be adding these to in the near future!”
