“The advertised 1day manufacture and immediate shipping is wildly misleading. The product sat for over a week outside of the US. When I called, I was told it was coming from Mexico and would start moving any day now. The item that arrived clearly said made in Taiwan in multiple locations. In addition, the actual blind that arrived does not match the color on the screen (and I checked multiple devices to verify it wasn’t a calibration issue).”

“I ordered the blinds for both bedroom windows in two rooms and all of my living room. Love the result. I happen to want all the same color but they had beautiful colors to choose from. The top down bottom up shades are perfect for adjusting the light in your room and a beautiful cohesive look.”

“What can I say? My experience with Blindster was wonderful! I was a bit skeptical about ordering custom blinds online. But, when I saw the blinds that my friend had ordered & installed I knew Blindster was for me. First off, Blindster's C.S. Reps (I'm talking about you, Frederica! ) are exemplary. I had a couple of questions on ordering samples while keeping expiring discounts active, and C.S. walked me right through it, explaining the process step by step, ensuring that I received the best possible price. FANTASTIC! And when the blinds arrived with one broken bracket, C.S. sent two replacements right away. Blindster's customer-focused business model, products, and Customer Service are unequaled. I now have the blinds I've always dreamed about but couldn't afford, thanks to everybody at Blindster. I'm ONE HAPPY CAMPER! ”
