“We ordered 7 blinds, all great, all installed easy. However, I gave the wrong measurement for one blind...but blinster sent me another one and I just paid shipping. Then the shipper (Fed-X) lost the second blind. Still Blinster sent me another one. Blindster Is True to Their Word...Great Product and Company”

“Repeat customer, ordered new blind to replace one that we had simply worn out. Noticed one small quality issue while installing new blind. Hopeful to hear from customer service. Attached are photos showing one ‘good’ drawstring eyelet and then photos of ‘damaged’ eyelet that wasn’t inserted into hole properly. I reseated plastic eyelet into hole, hoping it will hold up over time.”
