“As a trial, I bought two blinds to cover one large window (opens horizontally). My husband was not a fan of having to drill anything and we happened upon the no tools style. The blinds were easy to install, just follow the directions that come with. You can see the brackets peaking through at the top ever so slightly. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but I was able to get over it. We installed on two more windows in our home. I advised that they make a "no tools" solar and roller shade, but I've yet to see them. Hope they're working on it, we have a spot in mind for them!”
