“I did not see how to choose the magnetic valance or the clip valance. I have been ordering my blinds in stages and the delivery today had the clip valance (I prefer the magnetic) as opposed to magnetic for previous deliveries. How do I choose on the website?”

“I ordered a kitchen window blind in "bone" for a kitchen update. The painter mistakenly painted the cabinets bright white, thus creating a clash of colors. I called in to re-order, hoping to only return and exchange the blind. When I explained the misfortune to Pat, she not only replaced the blind at no charge, she told me to donate the first blind to a charity. I love this philosophy! Pat was very professional, and I will certainly pay it forward.”
