“We purchased two shades form you. Love both of them. The first order is perfect. The second order, is great in quality materials etc. I gave a very accurate measurements and and it is tight from side to side & almost did fit. I had to push one of the end caps into the top frame section. It is tight, but instalation on both smooth, very excellent quality. Thanks for the good service. Gina & Mike”

“I first purchased the Cordless Top-Down-Bottom-Up shades for a large Livingroom window where I used three separate blinds (inside mount) next to each other; this window opens on left/right with a large glass pane in the center. Suggest request the 2-in-1 Connector shown in the installation guide for there is a small gap between each blind (Trying to get Customer Service to respond to my request and ship them to me now). I also installed the same blind in my kitchen window (inside mount), and another in our office window (outside mount). I needed the optional spacer blocks to allow the office blind (outside mount) to extend over the window trim, which was not offered when ordering, but when I asked Customer Service to send them, they did (free) and included longer screws also. I will be ordering six (6) more of the same blinds for my remaining five (5) windows, all outside mount. Then, after the order I have to contact Customer Service to send me the spacer blocks and the 2-in-1 Connecter to complete the installs. Overall I am very happy but I would have liked the option of requesting the spacer blocks and/or 2-in-1 connectors when placing my orders.”

Unfortunately, this product does not come standard with the option for spacer blocks, however, in certain circumstances, we are able to have some sent out that we keep handy at our office.
