“We ordered two blinds and one did not work upon arrival. We called and spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable customer service person (Patricia). She was able to help us and we received a new blind in just a few days. We highly recommend your company and will be ordering another shade soon”

“Customer service was great, ordering was easy, and the shades are great. Unfortunately they are covered in labels and stickers. The headrail has measurement stickers which will show on the other side of your window if you are hanging blinds inside the casement. Since mine face my back porch I used GooGone to remove them but was worried about getting it on the shades themselves. Also, the bottom rails have stickers - so when the blinds are pulled up completely (and compacted at the headrail) there are orange stickers warning children not to get tangled in the cord (the blinds are cordless!‍♀️) If you can request no stickers I'd say order them - otherwise you may be killing yourself removing stickers.”
