“I ordered 3 blinds and 1 did not work quite right. I emailed customer service and they send a replacement out within a day! Love these blinds, the price and the customer service!”

“Great shades. I wish I would have gotten a sample as per usual the white online wasn't as bright as I thought. I also wish I would have added another inch or two to the length as they "float" a little above the sill which isn't appealing to me visually. Overall I will keep purchasing products from this company.”

“have not had the blinds that long. but so for they have been just what i hoped for. easy installation. perfect color. so far so good. I still have two more to instal.”
