“I ordered 7 shades. They all shipped on schedule. Very easy to install. I sent incorrect measurements on two of the shades. Blindster sent me new shades with correct size and charged only the additional amount for a larger shade and shipping charges. Love the shades!”

“I received my 2 shades promptly and installed them a couple weeks later. They looked great and operated well. I realized then that I needed two more pairs of handles for the blinds for the top-down feature. After a quick email, they were sent out priority mail. Unfortunately the shade in one of the blinds let go of the top rail in the night and fell down. Again, I emailed with pictures of the problem and they are sending a new blind. Glad to have a good company when things go wrong. I was referred to the Blindster by family who did their whole house and have had no problems.”
