I am sorry that it took so long to get your blinds. Unfortunately, the production time was extended because of the holidays. This factory was closed between December 23, 2014 and January 4, 2015, reopening on January 5th. Also, this factory is located in Mexico right across the border from San Diego. So, shipping to anywhere on the east coast is a full 5 or 6 business days. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding.

“Blindster is wonderful! We ordered two pairs of top-down-bottom up blinds, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I had underestimated the measurement of the window due to being afraid the blind would not fit (Blindster automatically subtracts a small amount so that the blinds fit). I called the customer service line, and upon providing a corrected measurement, Blindster replaced the mis-measured blind promptly, no questions asked. We love the blinds, and recommend Blindster!”
