“The blinds are beautiful and very easy to install. Customer service has been excellent. I am giving 4 stars because I am disappointed with their universal plastic bracket which is 3/8" inch thick and doesn't allow for a flush outside mount. A different bracket could not be provided. My window application is a little different. I have a bow window with two windows that open, and two that are stationary. I wanted the wood between the windows to show so I ordered blinds the width of the window. The blinds have to be mounted from the ceiling part of the window, and all four have to be mounted on the outside of the window. The brackets are thick enough to leave a gap. I love the look, but was hoping to find a thinner bracket, maybe one that is totally metal, that would allow the blind to be closer to the window frame. I would have downloaded pictures, but tried and tried but they wouldn't upload.”
