“Bought the Blindster wood blind series thinking Blindster.com had good quality. I was wrong. First off the open/close cord was so short I could barely reach it being 6 foot tall. For some reason they don't offer a "wand" like most manufactures do. Called Customer Service who said the blind cord assembly was defective and it took them over two weeks to send a replacement cord that I had to unfortunately replace myself. The plastic lift cord handles are constantly separating and falling off the cord string causing the blind to lift unevenly. Never had these issues with other on line blind companies before. Won't be using Blindster again.”

“When my husband suggested ordering 2.5" faux wood blinds from Blindster because of their 50% off sale, I thought we would be getting cheap, low quality blinds for our newly remodeled study with 4 extra large, custom-sized windows. Boy was I wrong. Exceptional quality, easy installation, and aesthetically pleasing. My study looks amazing and I plan on ordering blinds for other rooms in our home.”

“Only thing that was misleading was that the delivery of the product came 2 different days. I received most of the blinds the first day and no hardware. Then a few days later I received the rest of it, but there was no heads up or second tracking number.”
