“I ordered a large blind for a window we were going to have installed in a few weeks. Sadly the large window couldn't be installed but the blind arrive a few days later. Customer Service directed me in what to do with the blind to get a partial refund and that was very helpful. These are quality folks with a quality operation.”

“We ordered 18 blinds for our new home. I love them. I only gave it a 4 because the blinds arrived without hardware on a Thursday. We called and we were promised a Saturday delivery, but they didn't show up until Tuesday. Easy install and they look great.”
