“Purchased these blinds for the entire house. They arrived quickly, and all measurements were accurate. I removed one star from quality because two of the blinds arrived with the casing around the mechanisms bent. We were able to bend them back so that they looked ok, but a little better packaging might have prevented this. Overall, we are very pleased with the blinds, and the color (latte) is a perfect neutral--not white and not too creamy beige.”

I'm sorry you had a problem with ship damage. Getting blinds shipped without damage is one of the biggest challenges in our industry. Blinds are heavy and oddly shaped when compared to other products shipped via ground service. I appreciate you bending them back into shape. If there are any problems we will be happy to replace the blinds. Thank you for your patience.

“Happy in nearly every respect. 2.5" blinds didn't come in the equivalent of 'Snowflake' like the 2". So we used the 2" upstairs where no one would compare the colors. But the white was close enough that no one that didn't know would catch it. I expect that these are as nice a blind as one would find and at a price less than Blinds.com or other competitors.”

“I recommend recording all six measurements in the order, in my case one blind was perfect, the other .5" narrower at the top, the narrowest width is at the very bottom, we will not waste Blindsters money on replacement nor our money on shipping, we can live with it”
