“We have ordered blinds from Blindster for probably 10 years now and have always been totally satisfied with our blinds. Any of the blinds we have replaced is because we redid a room, never because there was a problem. We had a problem with one of our blinds years after we bought them and they still stood by their product and made it right. They had us as lifetime customers after the great customer service!”

“Blind slats' edges hard to keep aligned straight so they look even. So I frequently need to even them otherwise they look tacky. Ordered total of 4, with 2 smaller ones and 2 larger ones. The smaller ones have very short wands and 2 longer wands. After speaking to company Rep, he informed me the reason being the size and NO, they could not send me 2 longer wands. Fortunately they seem like they are fairly easy to operate even with the extremely inconvenient wand length.”
