“I have been a customer for many years now. When I had to replace one of my 2" faux wood blinds due to the pull cord fraying, I went to my website account to reorder the exact same blind as before, so I could easily swap it out, using the same hardware that was installed. Due to a revamp of the website all of my previous orders were gone. Not remembering what type of 2" faux wood blind I purchased previously I chose the deluxe. Much to my chagrin, when I went to install it, all the hardware was different and the valance did not have the magnets, as I had previously purchased the 'premium' model. The deluxe is OK, and the quality is what I come to expect from Blindster, but the white color seems a brighter white than my others, the valance clips are annoying, and to be honest, I prefer the pull cords.”
