“The first order came with the blinds cut a little too short however one phone call (and a couple of emailed photos for proof) and I received a brand new set of blinds cut to the correct size very quickly. I am very satisfied with how quickly and pleasantly my order was corrected. Thank you.”

“I wasn't able to get the exact size I needed for my blinds because it would have been a LOT more so I took a chance and ordered them a tad bit smaller and it ended up working out. I think it was pretty easy to assemble there were just a few confusing things. Overall it was a positive experience. Thanks.”

“They shipped quick and the items were exactly what I thought they would be. I was in a hurry so I didn't get a sample of the wood. Only suggestion would be if you care a lot about color, then get samples. Mine were fine. Just a little more cream than I thought but I was still very happy.”
