“I received my blinds exactly as I ordered them color, length, and width. The quality was great. After a couple of days, I decided the color was not what I wanted. I contacted customer service to see what kind of deal I could get to replace my blinds with a different color. Through email, they explained the satisfaction guaranty. I was totally impressed with Blindster's willingness to replace 5 of my blinds for only the cost of shipping even with the fact I made the mistake. I highly recommend Blindster.com based on their quality and customer satisfaction, and customer service .”

“I found that the length is a little short but have started adding an inch to my measurement and then the blinds come out perfect fit. Easy to install and they look great.”
