“These arrived with a very broken cover plate that hides the upper part of blinds but we drilled new holes for the magnets and made it work. They took a long time to arrive. Almost two weeks and there were only 2 blinds. So, doing a return really wasn't appealing. They work/function very well and look really nice but it was a hassle and disappointing with the broken parts. Especially with how expensive these premium blinds are. Hence the loss of a star.”
