The service received to correct the issue was impeccable and greatly appreciated. Quality customer service is very important. Add this to the great quality blinds, you can't help but love this company. “Exactly what I needed and the fit was perfect. It did have a small dent but I know it had nothing to do with them but with shipping company. It covered up once I put the magnetic overlay on. I will be buying for the rest of house the soon!”

“First time ordering blinds, have ordered shades before. I ordered the light gray for remodeled kitchen, fit is perfect, remember to measure correctly! Look great on my window. Much easier to get exact needed length then removing extra ones from bottom. Cost is comparative to in-store.”
