“The blinds themselves are lovely, just as ordered. However, one of the center support brackets was missing even though the label indicated 2 were included. Biggest problem was the cords were way too short for the 93" blind length. We couldn't reach them and had to call for additional cording to be shipped to us.”

“I have been pleased at the response to the first cut of the blinds that was too lengthy, and a new set was sent. The only issue was the time required to finally get the blind. When I did, it fit perfectly.”
