“When blinds arrived tested the opening and closing it worked.but the cord for up and down would not release.stuck,so that tells me they were not tested.”

“I purchased blinds for the entire house and a room darkening shade for a bedroom. I received a call to confirm I had measured correctly and the woman was courteous and very helpful. The shades are lovely and exactly what I wanted. My husband installed them easily and quickly. Loved the entire experience!”

“The blinds are nice, though the "safety" pulls are odd and easily fall apart in use. The blinds were made 1/4" too long on the head rail, and the bottom piece is about 1/2" too long. I will trim them to fit, rather then have them remade. It was my understanding that I was to measure the window width and an "allowance" would be made at the factory so the blinds would fit. No such luck.”

“Very happy with the blinds. Only wish I had gotten the ones without the strings to pull up blinds. They work well, keep out the sun and has made a difference in the temperature of the rooms. I had a different more expensive company, these are just fine for the price.”
