“First time buyer with several windows to upgrade. Bought one blind to test the product. Placed order for blinds for the rest of my windows after installing the first one. Blinds are excellent quality. Super easy to install. Operate smoothly. Look great. Less expensive and faster delivery than big box stores. Only thing preventing 5 star rating is the website never provided shipment tracking, even after the blinds were delivered. Had to call customer service to get the FEDEX tracking number.”
