I'm sorry that you haven't received your blinds. The FedEx tracking information shows that it was delivered on 12/21 and left on the front porch. We have requested that FedEx track down your shipment. If they have not found it in a few days we will remake the blinds and ship them to you as quickly as possible. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

“The blinds were easy to install. All made to corect size. Some of the magnets on valance covers were broken off, had to be reinstalled. Not a big problem.”
