“Blinds are nice but I received a damaged valance and needed returns made larger because i needed double spacers. Call and rep sent new valance and returns but the returns are the same size as last ones shipped and too short.I attempted to contact Blindster today about sending new returns again but was on hold for about 10 minutes then sent to a voice mail. I did not leave message but will try again after the new year.”

“Blinds were packaged very nicely. We received the shipment more quickly than anticipated. Blinds fit all windows. They work well and we're just as we ordered. My son has yet to install his 3 blinds but the 5 I ordered are fine. Good quality.”

“We were very disappointed in the quality of our blinds. I know we purchased faux wood, however, they are very cheap looking and they do not operate very good. When we operate the strings to lower the blinds, they do not lower evenly. And the magnetic cover is extremely cheesy. Overall we were extremely disappointed in what we got. Thank goodness we got them on black Friday sale. If we would have paid full price I would have been even more upset.”
