“Easy to install and I have only one complaint...the end of the cords keep coming through the little wooden stoppers. Some have a plastic washer in them and that takes care of it, but the ones that don't,the cords pops through. I keep trying to make the knot bigger to keep it from doing that. Even with that problem I would recommend them to anyone”

“My husband heard the advertisement on the Rush show and we thought we would give it a try. The prices were much better then any store locally, the web site looked great and they sent us free samples of the colors in the mail. What could go wrong?!? We measured the blinds, but did not read the directions completely. They cut off 1/2" for inside mount, my mistake. However the valance did not come the same length and the head rail behind the valance was dark brown and are blinds are a light oak. Several e-mails and a phone call later it was discovered the we do not have a choice with the head rail and it depends on the factory for the actual cuts. Next time we need a blind, we will pay extra to buy it at local store and leave with exactly what we want.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the blinds you received. You can get a new blind at the correct size under our Fit or Free Policy. We pay for the blind and you only pay a shipping fee of $15. I will contact you directly to see if you want to take advantage of this offer.

“My husband measured for the blinds as referenced by your website. We asked for samples of the colors we were considering and they came promptly. When we made our decision on the color we wanted, I ordered online. It took about three weeks to get our blinds, and they were very easy to install. We are very pleased with their appearance. One of the blinds was damaged during transport, but it was very easy to order a new one. You take a picture on your phone and e-mail it to Blindster, and they send you a new one. We are very pleased.”
